Returns

Refund

If you receive a damaged product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the product. Once we have assessed the situation, we will process your refund.

Please note that refunds are not accepted for personalized items, as these products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Replacement

If you prefer a replacement for the damaged product instead of a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchasing the product. Provide us with your order details and a clear description or photo of the damage. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

It is important to note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the returned product does not meet these criteria.
